We are looking for a Van Sales Manager to be part of our ambitious team at our Aberdeen depot.

As well as having great people skills, you will need to be a proven team player, you will represent BLS Truck and Van in

a positive and professional manner. You will manage your team to ensure they are independently prospecting clients,

managing sales calls and targets and are up to date. You will monitor achievement of sales targets, develop, motivate

and performance manage team members to ensure targets are met and results presented at meetings. You will

oversee the successful operation of the Van Sales Department ensuring that the department achieves volume and

profit objectives and KPIs as set by the Company.
